Methodology
How OnlyFans Finder ranks creators
No invented metrics. No paid placement. The directory is built on live data pulled from OnlyFinder, refreshed every 6 hours, and surfaced through a clear sort order you can inspect on every page. Here is exactly how it works.
The three things we look at
Primary
Live category match
Every page asks OnlyFinder for the creators that map to its keywords. Exact keyword matches rank above partial matches, so the page-level ordering is decided at the source by the API that aggregates public OnlyFans profile data.
Secondary
Demonstrated traction
Inside a category, creators with more favorites and active subscription tiers float to the top. Favorite counts are public-facing engagement signals — the OnlyFans equivalent of follower count plus saves.
Tertiary
Profile freshness
Listings whose underlying profile data has gone stale stop appearing on the page when OnlyFinder removes them from its index. There are no zombie profiles propped up by historical follower counts.
How fresh the data is
Each category page is regenerated against the OnlyFinder API on a 6-hour cycle. When a creator changes their subscription price, updates their bio, or gets added to the index, you see that change on the next regeneration — not days or weeks later. Pages also pick up new entries when an existing category gains a fresh match.
The body copy on each category page is written by our editors and reviewed periodically. The avatar, display name, bio snippet, subscription price, and favorite count on every card are pulled live and never hand-edited.
How we make money — and how that affects rankings
OnlyFans Finder uses OnlyFinder’s affiliate program. When you click through to a creator and end up subscribing on OnlyFans, the affiliate network attributes the click to us. We get a referral fee. You pay the same price either way.
To keep the order honest, no creator can buy placement. We do not accept payment for inclusion. Ranking inside a category follows the live OnlyFinder data described above and nothing else. If a creator wants off the directory, they email us and they’re out — no questions asked.
What we don’t do
- Host any explicit content. Cards display public OnlyFans profile metadata only — avatar, display name, bio, price, favorites.
- Sell rankings or accept paid promotion. There is no advertiser tier. Money does not move a creator up the page.
- Make up engagement metrics. Every number on a card comes from OnlyFinder’s API. If something looks off, it’s sourced upstream.
- List inactive profiles. When OnlyFinder removes a profile from its index, our pages stop showing it on the next refresh.
